Hot Stone Therapy
Regarded as an ancient healing art dating back thousands of years, Hot Stone Therapy has been recently rediscovered as a legitimate and comforting way to ease the stress that compounds in our bodies and release toxic energy from within our souls.
Hot Stone Therapy provides an effective ‘vascular gymnastics' for the body's circulatory system. It improves the operation of the lymphatic and immune systems, normalizes body functions and assists your body in self-healing. It also affects the sensory system, which stimulates production of neurochemicals bringing a sense of well being.
The direct heat from heated basalt stones relaxes muscles allowing manipulation of greater intensity than with regular massage. The ultimate goal of the therapy is a deep relaxation that will alleviate chronic and acute problems and facilitate balance. |

Reflexology
Foot massage has been practiced for centuries. The feet and hands are believed to be the mirror of the body and reflex point on them can be used to affect the corresponding areas of the body in order to stimulate natural healing powers and promote well being. All parts of the foot are massaged so that the body as a whole benefits. |
