I graduated in 2003 as a Registered Massage Therapist. I treat all sorts of muscular pain and tension as well as joint and muscular restrictions, headaches, sports injuries and many other things affecting overall performance. I am able to use techniques for deep tissue treatment, muscle-energy balance, myofascial release, stretching, relaxation and Shiatsu. My delight is in helping people become, and stay, pain free, healthy and happy with the relief of muscular and emotional tension.
